I have about 25 years of work experience here in the Philippines and abroad, different work environments such as call center, hotel and restaurant, automotive industry and online teaching (Philippines) office-based environment and home-based VA.

I have been a virtual assistant for almost 7 years now, working with various online employers both fulltime and part-time. I have acquired different skill sets along the way where I implement what I have learned. I am knowledgeable in Product Research - mostly finding profitable items on online shops such as Walgreens, Iherb, Bonton, eVitamins, Vitaminshoppe, Walmart, Target, K-Mart, Office Depot etc. I have been introduced to different tools when it comes to checking the profitability of a product like Jungle Scout, Tactical Artbitrage, Camelcamelcamel, Keepa, Revseller, Inventory Lab, OAXray, Cleer Platinum, AsinInspector and ScanPower, PC2, Appeagle and Restock Pro and the latest Helium10 and TWF.. I am able to comprehend Amazon training videos (or any other video that is helpful in making the job done) and quickly implement what I learn. I use MS Office applications, Google Docs and Drive.  

I also taught English to Korean and Chinese nationals online in an office-based environment where I was the Head Teacher. I also managed 40 teachers, checked their teaching skills, trained them with regard to the books they will use, assist them when they encounter a problem with their student progress or even technical issues. I also monitor their teaching by reviewing their teaching videos and point out to them their mistakes and where to improve and focus on more.

I am also familiar with order fulfilment in Shopify, inventory listing / inventory management (Shopify), a bit of SEO writing (descriptions) in Shopify. I am skilled in communicating with clients / customers via email and live chat, to  accommodate their inquiries. Knowledgeable in lead generation via LinkedIn, communicate with suppliers for order confirmation for drop shipping in Shopify.
