I worked as a Customer Service Representative for 7 years with an International Bank and 2 years with a Telcom

company so i basically master the skills of customer service. Part of my job is to address escalated issues from

customers and provide customized resolution to prevent them from spending so much time calling back.

Flexibility and time management are two of the most important things I have learned in the process. I am pretty

new to freelancing but given the proper guidance, i can complete any task efficiently and effectively . I am

committed to give my 100% effort and the best of my ability to any project that i will be entrusted to do. I am a

self driven person and needs very minimal supervision. As a Christian, I do everything for God's glory which

means that i always put my best effort to any situation given.
