Leading the human resources functions of the Offshore Services Division’s
shore support and provides marine logistics solutions to the global
industry, with a primary focus on the Qatar, KSA, Subsea, UAE Offshore,
Nigeria and Maputo business entities/operations.

• Participate in annual salary & discretionary bonus and salary reviews
in accordance with Renumeration Committee Directives
• Prepare headcount and overhead budget for the Offshore services
division and monitor deviations against actual spend and financial
forecasts
• Provide annual salary / pay review and performance bonus
calculation and presenting any relevant information to
remuneration to support cases for changes to pay scales, benefits

• Formulation of a recruitment plan in line with the technical requirement
of the vacant position and in consideration with the timeline required by
the department concerned. Such recruitment plan includes sourcing out
candidates, provision for the manning requirement (for vessels),
certificate verification, security clearance check and submission of
shortlisted CVs to the line manager.
• Implement succession planning by motivating employees to apply
for higher positions being offered by the company.
• Prepare a comprehensive recommendation analysis for the selected
candidates through the interview feedback and validate candidate’s
background certificate/documents.
