With the world stuck at home during the height of the pandemic,
I began a vegan sandwich delivery service as a short-term
‘pandemic project’ that exploded in popularity and changed my
life for the next four years. We ran as a delivery service, a street
food business and finally as a bricks and mortar sandwich shop.
I was involved in all aspects of the business but my primary
responsibilities were as chef and recipe developer and of all
marketing and communications.
