Whether I’m building a pipeline, mapping a lead-gen funnel, or teaching customers how to leverage the technical aspects of a platform to directly impact their bottom line—I bring both the tech know-how and the teacher’s heart.

With 14+ years of experience in Customer Success, CRM strategy, community operations and Sales Ops, I help software companies and their clients thrive at every stage of the journey—from branding and lead generation to onboarding, member engagement and long-term retention. I love building systems that make life easier for both teams and customers—and teaching people how to actually use those systems to grow with confidence.

My roots in special education and musical theatre gave me the gifts of empathy, patience, and high-energy delivery. That means I bring both operational clarity and a bit of entertaining sparkle—whether I’m coaching a client, leading a webinar, moderating a community event or rolling out a new SOP.
