I am currently working as Operations Supervisor in one the top companies in the Philippines. I have been working with them since June 2006 up to present. Ensure the plant and system are in good condition and the generating units are running efficiently. Lead in implementing the standard operations procedure and work instructions of the plant, company policies and procedures and ensure the safety measures are complied with all the time. 

I am experienced working in Operations Department. My exposure is to be able to identify and implement the requirements of ISO (Quality, Environmental, Safety, Information Security, Asset Management and Business Continuity Management). I can do root cause analysis to identify the problems and be able to come up with corrective actions or suggest improvements. I can analyze and interpret statistical data as well. My exposure is also in KPI's which is to meet the targets/budgets and implementing them with specific deadlines. I have been supervising people and with that I can manage to deal with different personalities.

I worked as a Leasing Supervisor in Shopping Center Management Corporation(SM City Davao Branch) last 2005. I Assisted in improving and maximizing the tenant occupancy of the mall by managing all tenant contracts.
