Hi , I'm Jennifer P. Firmeza, I have been in the call center industry for almost 7 years. I am currently working at Concentrix Daksh Philippines as a senior customer care specialist in a healthcare account based in the US. My task is to take member calls and assist them with their inquiry and request that includes helping them understand their medical insurance benefits, going over how their claims was processed, creating different types of documents as per member request and send it via e-mail, fax or mail. To provide the best customer/member experience I also do outbound calls to doctors office, hospitals and independent labs to ensure member's issue is resolved with their first phone call and follow through if necessary.
