Organizing communication via emails and phone calls were some of my duties when I was in the hospitality workplace. Also, scheduling meetings, travels and accommodations for our team were also a must. As for the new normal, some new trends came up, like handling social media, market research using the internet and time management since one has to work at home. Familiarity with current technologies and tools is a must for an effective and proficient virtual assistant. I am willing to learn new things and would like to undergo some training for efficiency at work.
