I am a college graduate with a 4 year course. Started working since I was 19 and had an experience in a 5 star hotel and shortly after, I got hired in a US based franchised fast food chain. I also have a working experience in the BPO industry for almost 5 years in total. First one that I was in, I handled an international voice account. Second and presently employed, I am working as a chat customer support under the largest telecommunications company in the US.
