Most recently is a food order company, where we contact the delivery guy and the restaurants to know the status of the order of the customer.

I also worked in a telecommunications carrier and satellite service provider. I worked as a sales and billing specialist. In this position I encountered a lot of issues and complaints from our customer such as billing dispute, service interruption, and sending repair tech. We receive a lot of calls every day but I made sure I reached my call volume goals with an average of 70 calls per day.

I also worked in a company with clothes and apparel. In this job we are focused on sales. We also offer a credit card on that specific brand and we also offer a gift cards for their future orders.
