Hi, my name is Jennelyn Corres. I’ve built my career on a strong foundation of customer service, admin support, data entry, and lead generation. I actually started my professional journey in customer service back in 2009 with EGS, where I spent several years handling inbound calls, technical support, accounts receivables, and even outbound sales. That role really helped me develop my communication skills and taught me how to stay calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment.

From there, I transitioned into more diverse roles, combining both customer-facing support and administrative work. At TaskUs, I handled phone, email, and chat support, assisting both customers and dashers, which further strengthened my ability to multitask across different communication channels. I also gained extensive experience as an Admin Assistant in different companies, where I managed data entry, online research, LinkedIn lead generation, and even PowerPoint creation.

Most recently, I worked with Bruntwork as an Email Outreach Specialist and Data Entry Assistant, where I focused on research, lead generation, and managing large sets of data with accuracy and attention to detail.

Overall, I bring more than a decade of solid experience across customer support, admin assistance, research, and lead generation.
