Seven [7] years Administrative Officer of a 30-year Multi-Purpose Cooperative.
Job Description:
Compiles and maintains systematic filing of records/files of coop transactions/activities and other important documents (Contracts, 201 File, etc.)
Manage email and phone activities of the cooperative. Receives/sends incoming/outgoing communications personally or electronically (email or other online platforms).
Encodes reports, letters, memos and prepares minutes of meetings - staff and Board meetings (when BOD Secretary is not available).
Serves as Compliance Officer (In-charge with the application/renewal of business permits and other licenses annually).
Serves as Customer Relation Officer of the Coop and members (e.i. Handles customer complaints).
Conducts Performance Evaluation of all employees.
Accepts client reservations for function halls and hostel accommodation (offline/online) and ensures high customer satisfaction.
Oversees the operation of the Insurance business activity of the company.
