My tasks regularly are as follows:

Seller Central Backend Tasks:

• Making sure products are live and fix if it's suppressed

• Fixing Stranded Listings

• Removing Unfulfillable Inventory

• Monitoring and Tracking Inventory and Sales (Weekly and Monthly Basis)

• Creating single-use codes and group codes

• Managing and Creating Shipping Plans

• Shipping Reconciliation

• Inventory Management/Tracking

• Coordinating with Seller Support when issues beyond my control arise

• Creating listing contents

• Listing Optimization

• Product Uploads (Manual Upload and Flat Files)

• Creating a case for contributions that did not push through and follow up with Amazon regarding its status.

• Updating Listings (backend)

• Keyword Research

• Monitoring hijackers

• Monitoring Performance Notifications and Seller Feedback on all accounts

• Monitoring Product Policy Compliance of the account

• Reimbursement Request

Customer Service:

• Responding to customers' emails on time. I make sure that emails will not go "Over SLA" status.

• Creating fulfillment orders for replacements

• Issuing refunds

• Managing returns

• Checking/finding negative reviewers

• Handling inquiries from the customers through email, Seller Central Messaging System, Manychat and sometimes over the phone

• Feedback Removal Request

• Responding to reviews (positive and critical reviews)

• Answering Customer Questions about the product (Amazon Q&A)

• RebateKey messaging and approving rebates

These are the tasks that I normally do but it's not only limited to those listed above. I have so much more to offer. You will not have any problems with me because I do my job effectively and efficiently without compromising any of Amazon's Terms of Service.

I am very keen on details and I make sure that the job is done promptly. If there are things that are new to me, I will not hesitate to ask. You can train me for me to have a full understanding. I am a fast learner and I can work under minimal supervision to no supervision at all.
