I have worked for Alorica formerly Expert Global Solutions and APAC Customer Services, INC. for nine years. This is where I got to know myself more, developed my skills, overcome my weaknesses and enhanced my potentials. I find this job self nurturing and challenging at the same time. I came across with different types of people and foreign culture. For a person who is goal oriented, motivated, flexible and is open to learning new things-what ever it takes, and dedicated, nothing is impossible. These have been what guided me to pursue and succeeded in everything that I did and will be doing. As a CSR for a healthcare account like prescriptions, attention to details, quick learning and ability to think out of the box are key essentials not to mention going extramile to help patients track their orders,answer queries related to their billing statement, drug pricing, and assist them in filling of appeals or coverage review process. Flexibility as defined by numerous trainings and added skills in accordance to the clients' needs. Analytical thinking skills which aided in decision making led me to that role as a Resolution Expert. I felt proud of this great achievement and much priveleged as a wider system functionality was provided for a more satisfied customers. All these opportunities made me value my work more than ever. Doing what I love and loving what I do makes me feel more committed to the job. Skills with right attitude, and solid foundation through my work experience are what I can offer to help build great customer relations for business' success.
