I have worked with a Motorcycle Industry and have maximized my potential in Sales and Collections. In the BPO sector , I have full knowledge and experience in Telecommunication Industry and Banking. At present I'm working as a complaint resolution coordinator with an Australian Telecom company with an average resolve rate of 86%.
I have full dedication of my craft which is my livelihood, I consider my self as an asset in every company I worked with. My strong advocacy for doing it fair and reasonable has given me positive result in my field.
