I am currently working as an Email Support for a E-commerce based in the US. I have been working as a call center representative in various call centers here in Cebu, Philippines for more than 4 years working as a Technical Support Representative, Chat Support and Customer Service. We assist customers with their Internet and computer issues. In my previous job, I worked in a home based contact center for Online Pharmacy where we sell medications for US customers. My job was to validate the sales made by home based agents to make sure that their sales are verified and customers agreed the terms. Once I was done verifying the sales, I compile all the information in a spreadsheet through Google Drive and send them to our supplier for order processing and shipping. I am also proficient with the MS Office and Excel since these are the main tool that we used in the process.
