I am from Ireland but living in Tenerife. I have many years of experience in customer service - face to face/ telephone/ live chat/ emails. I worked for a top retail store and insurer where I gained valuable experience. I was able to improve my communication/ organisation/ time management skills. I am a highly empathetic person so this has helped me in my career as I am able to understand the customer and more importantly make them feel listened to and understood. I became a call quality and compliance analyst. This improved my analytical skills. I had to listen to live calls made by agents, ensuring they followed not only all regulatory scripting but were also helpful and friendly throughout the call and did not mislead the customer in any way.
