Hi! I'm a graduate of Bachelor in Elementary Education major in General Education. I have 3+ years of working experience in different fields. 2+ years are with BPO.I am punctual, I don't have  any attendance issues with my previous companies.I am hard working, before, 2 months after we were endorsed to production I received the monthly incentives every month. I am friendly and easy to deal with.

I was also an Elementary Teacher for a year and the rest, was a CSR. I handled a travel account for a year and 2 months. I was with a local account for a year and 3 months.Also, I was with health care, educational and publishing account.I was also trained for a month for the financial account.As a CSR, I do my best to provide an excellent customer service. For me, it's not like a job it's a mission, because I feel happy whenever my customers feel satisfied with the service and with the brand that I am representing.I may not have a long working experience with CSR but I am very much open to learning and improving.
