I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Psychology. I was a customer representative for 11 months before I was promoted to Associate Trainer. My task and responsibility was to manage, teach, and train the newly hired employees with the necessary skills of a customer service representative to be endorsed to the production floor and meet their KPIs. As a customer service representative, my task was to answer inbound calls to assist customers who were having problems or inquiries about their account status or financial transactions. I also handle refunds and dispute cases.
