I have 8 years experience in customer service and operations team, plus additional 2 years experience in project management. My job includes content planning and delivering, research and excellent writing skills as I compose technical emails to our team that explain how to use the products and what are the best practices. As a trainer I work closely with the client and all the new employees to get them started.

I have my personal travelblog and also photography website that I manage. I thrive in social environment but when it comes to research I like to have my personal space and work on my own.
