I earned my Bachelor of Secondary Education degree with a specialization in Biological Sciences from Cavite State University's Main Campus. My teaching background encompasses both the senior high school and Junior High School levels. Additionally, I have served as a customer service representative at Teletech, where my focus was on addressing customer needs and ensuring their satisfaction. More recently, I undertook roles as a part-time lead generation specialist and junior business development associate at Pollux VA Services.

My professional roles have encompassed diverse responsibilities. As an educator, my primary duty was to facilitate student learning and growth, fostering their development into responsible individuals. During my tenure as a customer service representative, my emphasis was on understanding and resolving customer inquiries, aiming to provide effective solutions and prevent the recurrence of issues. In my capacity as a part-time lead generation specialist and junior business development associate, I was entrusted with identifying potential clients and cultivating meaningful connections through email correspondence.
