have been a full time quantity surveyor for 2 years where i did following activities.

Read and interpret Architectural Drawings of both local and international construction projects.
• Estimate quantities for Construction projects which includes Commercial condominiums, Hospitals, schools, Offices and Residential projects while meeting all deadlines
• Providing with precise estimates; reviewing them and raising RFQ.
• Assuring that materials reach construction sites within stated timelines while keeping in view lead times for delivery of the materials.
• Responsible for Ensuring quality, accuracy, cost controlling of estimates and decision making over the projects.
• Practiced and explored different estimation softwares for new and existing clients
• Leading assigned company projects under supervision of Senior Project Manager
• Responsible for designing standard checklists and policies for improving effectiveness of estimates of all employees and ensuring effective usage of the checklists.
• Involvement in designing efficient ways for working over different softwares.
• Train new hires to excellence
• Responsible for Weekly evaluation of team members with other team leads
• Responsible for coordinating with the clients to discuss any project related issues and raising RFI
• Responsible for ensuring optimum availability of office supplies during a month for daily usage
