Projects and consultancy can be on site, campus or online/hybrid. Currently based in Portugal and Spain with occasional trips over to the UAE for existing projects, however I am happy to travel.

• My background working is 30+ years in leadership and consultancy with private international schools. Recent projects include new school applications or technical - academic planning.

My journey incorporates leadership coaching and mentoring for executive leaders or teams, including provision of support and assistance for schools/leaders with school inspection or accreditation.

• Successful experience with over 85 private schools in the fields of leadership development, audits or strategic planning. My skill set also includes school self evaluation and mock inspections (whole school or sections / teams).
