Jeffrey Jimenez

Good morning! My name is Jeffrey and I am based here in Manila. Currently, I am looking for a job opportunity that would give me the luxury to work remotely from home and this has been the reason why I resigned from my last employer. 

I am an experienced BPO support unit manager. I worked with Capital One Philippines which is a U.S bank holding company specializing in credit cards for 5 years I used to handle 15 FTEs focusing on credit card disputes, fraud claims, and services. My extensive experience here has helped me hone my cognitive, decision making and problem-solving skills. I was responsible for making sure that I own my agents' development, growth mindset, and skill improvement. This experience has also helped me be agile to changes and be more disciplined and tactical in ensuring that all deliverables are completed before the deadline.
