I've very keen to learning new things and I'm always tend to want to know everything about the Business/Software that I'm supporting. I have an eye to details, and I always aim to help my colleagues. I know that my 10 yrs of experience I can share a lot of stuff (knowledge, best-practices, etc) to my junior colleagues. I'm sure there are still a lot of things that I need to learn, and I always welcome them. I'm proactive when it comes to learning.
