I've been in the Business Process Outsourding industry here in the Philippines for 3 years and 7 months. I consider myself as a seasoned Customer Service Representative for handling different account, with different companies. I have handled billing account for a telecommunication company based in the U.S, also worked for ToySrus as an online Customer Support where in we are helping our customer placing their order, tracking and processing payment for them. I've experienced working into a Business to Business account as well, that is with Staples.com which we sell office supplies, cleaning materials, foods and almost everything. We place bulk orders and we talk with professionals that i found more easy to deal with. The most recent job i had is with BELL, One of the largest Telecommunication company in Canada. I worked as a Technical Support Representative but we also do up-selling, so aside from trouble shooting their landline phones, internet connection and Television, we are also required to sell our products and offer additional services. I was recognized as one the top performer all over the Philippines during the Bell All Star Awards. Handling different campaign in this industry thought me a lot and it proved that sometimes, you have to go out of your comfort zone. These experiences gave me the knowledge and made me flexible that opens up different opportunities.
