I am a call center agent turned freelancer, who for the past 8 years handled mostly everything under the sun - from customer service, technical support, sales, real estate, marketing, art, etc. Being a customer service representative is not an easy task and I can say was also when I got to experience the worst. After 3 years, I decided to jump in and apply for the position of a Technical Support Representative. Without any experience, they gave me a chance because they thought I was trainable. The reason? I got a perfect score on the exam! I am always interested with our advancing technology and me being always so curious about it, I am always focused and came the time that I have been given a certificate as one of the Best Agents of the Month. Another 3 years have passed and while browsing on the internet, I saw a job post for a Real Estate Virtual Assistant. With the long travel I have to take for work for 5 days every week, I immediately researched everything about it, took notes and get everything done for my application. From then on, I started to deliver quality service to my clients with all the combined work experience & ethics.
