I've been working in BPO industry since 2018, And I have possessed some skill that will help your company grow and prosper. I can do multi task, I'm comfortable working graveyard shift, and can work with minimal supervision.

With cold calling I have almost 2 years of experience on outbound campaigns for real estate, I have 1 year and 3 months of experience as a customer service associate with AMSSI corp. and 8 months of experience working remotely homebased. I've already work with several investor who's in the industry of wholesaling and flipping, and I have knowledge in using some predictive dialers such as calltools, mojo, vicidial, xencall and also podio.

About my KPI, I can make 300-700 phone calls in a day, depends on your preferred dialer and from the 50-120 contacted home owners, it may result 2-7 leads.
