I’m an IT undergraduate who genuinely enjoys working with technology and helping people solve problems. Whether it’s fixing a computer, setting up a network, or guiding someone through an issue they don’t understand, I’ve always found it rewarding to make things easier for others. Through school projects, personal work, and real troubleshooting experiences, I’ve gained a strong foundation in computer systems, basic networking, and frontend development.

I’ve worked on hardware diagnostics, system formatting, Windows setups, and software installations. I’ve also spent a lot of time dealing with everyday network concerns—like WiFi issues, router configuration, and LAN connectivity. I often help classmates, friends, and even family with PC repairs, component upgrades, or general tech problems. I try to stay calm and patient, especially with people who aren’t familiar with technology, because I know how stressful issues like that can be.

Aside from tech support, I also enjoy frontend development. I work with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and TypeScript, and I’ve learned how to design clean and simple interfaces. I use Claude AI a lot when experimenting with UI ideas—whether it’s planning layouts, improving component structure, or making designs more user-friendly. Tools like ChatGPT and Gemini also help me understand errors faster, learn new concepts, and create better documentation.

I see AI as something that boosts my workflow, not something that replaces actual skills. I rely on it for research, brainstorming, and debugging, but I still make sure I understand what I’m doing. These tools help me work smarter and give me more time to focus on solving real problems.

As a student, I’m always looking for ways to grow. I enjoy collaborating with others, but I’m also comfortable working independently. I adapt quickly, stay curious, and love learning new technologies. More than anything, I want to provide reliable and friendly tech support while continuing to improve my skills. With my communication, patience, and passion for IT, I’m confident that I can be a valuable addition to any team that’s looking for someone hardworking, eager to learn, and genuinely dedicated to helping others.
