I am a Bachelor in Education graduate. I've been with BPO industry for 5 years and 6 mons. I had experience with handling eligibility questions from customers mainly residing from US. I have handled as well, pre-authorization and claims request from clients which involves checking of the approvals and denials along with data analysation. I was communicating with both clients and customers from time to time as necessary. I had also an experience handling referrals request which requires me to be knowledgeable on checking website, sending emails and communicating with clients.
