1. Support in brand performance and analysis of external environment via appropriate resources to
propose corrective actions as required to meet business objectives:
Point of contact between department and the Global Commercial Services Team for the
Health Portal for EA Markets. Tasked with:
- Development of content workbooks (both static and interactive material)
- Zinc approval of the workbooks
- Uploading of the approved workbooks to the health portal dropbox
- Creating of the sitemap (layout, design and content)
- User Acceptance Testing of the portal (functionality)
Part of team that led in launch of Veeva System (CRM) in the EA markets.

As the backup MOD-CF (SAP) Super User, I support in uploading the product forecasts and
