My name is Jed Egan Veridiano, a Filipino, 34 years old, a Registered Nurse by profession.

I’ve been in the Business Process Outsourcing Industry for almost five (5) years up until today. I am a Client Service Assistant in a Property Management Company based in the Minnesota. I can offer services like Client support, Customer Service, Appointment Setting, Cold Calling, Data Entry, Lead Generation and Office Assistance, with a maximum of 30-40 hours a week. I am a fast learner, and able to adapt to various business circumstances with remarkable efficiency and efficacy. I am willing to further broaden the spectrum of my skills and knowledge. Goal-oriented and with a sense of time and respect for work and clients.

I have advanced education and have undergone several pieces of training and enhancement in relation to nursing. I have accomplished hundreds of calls ( cold calling, sales calls, name-calling, surveys, etc.) and various tasks. Computer-literate and updated with the latest information about handling data and the likes. Through my education and work experiences, I have acquired a very good set of skills in the said field with outstanding interpersonal skills enhanced through my nursing education.
