With over a decade of diverse professional experience, I’ve developed a strong foundation in customer service, data analysis, lead generation, and team management—consistently delivering value across various industries.

My career began at Convergys Philippines (now Concentrix), where I served as a Customer Service Associate for two years. In this role, I handled customer inquiries and resolved concerns related to products and services, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience. I efficiently managed order processing, returns, and exchanges, provided technical support, and identified upselling opportunities that contributed to overall revenue growth.

Following this, I spent seven years at CIBI Information Inc. as a Business Intelligence – Service Delivery Analyst. This role deepened my expertise in data-driven operations. I was responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to assess service delivery performance. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including data management, I ensured the accuracy, consistency, and accessibility of critical data. The insights I provided played a key role in supporting strategic decision-making and driving continuous operational improvement.

I later transitioned into the freelance space, working with a UK-based client as a Data Entry and Lead Generation Specialist on a project basis. My responsibilities included performing accurate and timely data entry, conducting thorough data verification, and managing lead research. I built targeted lead lists and executed outreach strategies to generate high-quality business opportunities. This role sharpened my ability to balance detail-oriented tasks with results-focused outreach.

Most recently, I took on a leadership role at Zschool, a U.S.-based executive education company, where I worked as a Team Manager. I led a team dedicated to LinkedIn outreach campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging, high engagement rates, and effective lead generation strategies. I also contributed to refining outreach processes and aligning team efforts with broader business development goals.
