Jechrison is an enthusiastic and organised general virtual assistant since 2015. He is well exposed in managing Wordpress websites, customer support and versatile in administrative support tasks.

In his more than 3 years of experience in online industry, he has assisted lot of clients and performed various projects.

His web skills is his forte. He is well-experienced in one of the famous content management system, Wordpress that he was able to use different plugins, created a membership site, HTML and CSS coding and managing FTP/Cpanel. As for his media skills, Adobe Photoshop is his partner when it comes creating designs. That he creates mock up designs, Facebook cover and banner, video thumbnails, magazine layout, Ebook cover, logos and icons. On the other hand, Adobe Premier is my partner in video editing.

He has also expertise in administration tasks. He has an experienced in handling fulfilment orders - sending/receiving orders, address the concerns from the customer through chat and emails and to provide item inventory. His been using Google suites and Microsoft offices as tools in handling reports and task references.

Furthermore, his automation skills is managing customer relation management tools such as Zoho, Clickfunnels and Infusionsoft. He has background in creating steps or dates sequences in sending of email to my client, creating autoresponders and landing pages.
