I have been working as a Customer Service and Data Entry Specialist for a utility company in the past 5 years. I handle various data entry tasks, billing, accounts receivables and payables, issuing of invoices and receipts, daily collection and deposit, bank cash position, inventory and email management, filing of physical and digital records. I also handle customer on-boarding, off-boarding, queries and complaints.

I've also had past research projects wherein I'll research specific data and information and compile these information in a spreadsheet.

I am also currently a freelance article editor and proofreader for a technical website.
