Managed development of a new statewide website to move from a current state of brochure-ware to a funnel for patient acquisition (entailed a merge of 9 websites and 64 departments and the creation of over 700 pages of original content)
Partnered with key medical group leaders, physicians, and executive leadership to produce marketing material for multiple channels (print, display, direct mail, web, social, and search) based on key messaging and brand guidelines. Increased clinic traffic on average by 20% per campaign with a CPL below industry standards.
Managed all marketing agencies, vendors and contractors, and brought many projects (social media, creative concept, content writing, etc.) in-house eliminating unnecessary agency fees.
