Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Handles Intercompany Reporting (This consists of 7 Countries namely Spain, Portugal, Poland, Jordan, Qatar, Kuwait, and Lebanon.)
• Identifies and investigates significant inter company breakages exceeding $50M for BS transactions and $1M for IS transactions.
• Ensures all significant breakages are resolved. They are either tagged or communicated to the necessary counterparts before the corporate deadline.
• Addresses queries and concerns of client managers and associates and ensures timely resolution based on service level agreements.
• Investigates off-cycle recurring breakages and communicates it at the source to resolve further recurring issues between inter company transactions.
• Ensures that all Inter-company monthly reports are accounted and correctly submitted before the deadline. All reports are sent to country FinCon and are signed off by the country’s financial head every cycle month-end reporting.
