I am extremely motivated to constantly develop my skills and grow professionally, as a matter of fact, I just graduated from four-week of intensive training for Social Media Marketing sponsored by Filipino Internet Marketing Academy . During the training, I learned Facebook Advertising and how to set up a conversational Messenger bot. 

Other than that, I have over 4 years of professional experience as a Customer Service Representative in the BPO Industry. I've demonstrated success in responding to customer's telephone, email, and chat queries in an accurate and timely manner. Not just that, I always make sure that I address all of the customer's concerns without lacking empathy. I'm confident that my exceptional oral and written communication skills matched with great customer service will make me an effective employee.
