I have been working from home for 3 years now as an ESL Teacher, Cold Caller, Virtual Assistant and Customer Service Representative.

As a customer service representative, I realized how much I enjoyed helping people out and ensuring that the customers are not only well taken care of, but that their experience is a positive one. I enjoy keeping customers happy and focus on ensuring satisfaction that ultimately leads to ongoing relationships and closed transactions. Ensuring tasks to be done on time and working towards the success of the company in a proactive manner, also makes me an excellent choice to hire. Lastly, I'm a driven person that works hard to attain my goals. The ability to overcome obstacles and follow things through to completion has always been a strong point of me.
