Hi, my name is JC and I'm a recent Junior Maintenance Operation Specialist from a property management company based in California. I have been working in the BPO industry for the past 7 years. I have been recognized as one of the top performers in our team as well. I made it to my first BPO company as a Customer Service Representative specializing in Billing and Service Upgrade. Also, I have been a part of one of the biggest TELCO companies in the US as a Sales Associate where I grew as an employee. With the recent job I had, we manage about 1,300 properties in about 6 or 7 States in US. With minimum supervision and less headcount, our team works double time to close most of the tickets we receive. The challenge for this post is not just completing the repairs but also making sure we satisfy the owners and renters with the service provided. Also, we have limited contractors, so working efficiently. knowing priorities would really help. which I believe, with the job opening you have, I am a good fit. We always make sure we finish the project the soonest time possible. I've always been passionate about doing extra mile to satisfy clients. I see myself as a relentless problem-solver, and I’m always looking for a new challenge.
