I am a virtual assistant with experiences and skills that can help you and your business on your success. -Entering customer and account data from source documents within time limits
-Compiling, verifying the accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry
-Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking the output
-Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
-Apply data program techniques and procedures
-Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations
-Keep information confidentially
-Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
-Comply with data integrity and security policies
-Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents
-Creating data backups as part of a contingency plan
-Answer and direct phone calls
-Organize and schedule appointments
-Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms
-Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
-Develop and maintain a filing system
-Update and maintain office policies and procedures
-Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
-Maintain contact lists
-Submit and reconcile expense reports
-Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
