I previously worked at TaskUs (a BPO company) as part of the Escalations Team. In this role, I was responsible for handling complex and sensitive customer issues that required extra attention and resolution. My experience allowed me to develop strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to stay calm and professional under pressure.

Before joining escalations, I also worked as a front-line agent, which gave me a solid foundation in customer service and equipped me with the ability to understand customer needs effectively. Moving into escalations helped me refine my critical thinking skills and balance company policies with customer satisfaction.

Outside of work, I enjoy creative hobbies such as cake decorating, baking, and cooking. These activities allow me to express creativity, pay attention to detail, and bring joy to others—qualities I also carry into my professional life.

Overall, I would describe myself as a problem-solver with a passion for excellent service and a creative approach to challenges.
