Je-Ann Montejo

I am Je-Ann Montejo. I am 23 years old. I completed Bachelor of Arts in English- Major in applied Linguistics as Cum Laude. I had also completed my diploma in Professional Education and passed the licensure examination for teachers.

Looking at my work experience, I've been with convergys for 3 years. I started as a Customer Account Executive until promoted as a Quality Evaluator. I have undergone multiple trainings about better customer service, excellent communication and cross cultural communication using the English Language.

With these experiences, I become better and stronger. Experience has taught me how to build strong relationships in any field. I have the ability to work within a team as well as cross-team.
