My professional journey began in the Office of Veterinary Services, where I worked as an Administrative Aide supporting day-to-day operations and multiple public projects. What started as handling documents, assisting clients, and organizing office processes soon grew into a role where I became deeply involved in project coordination. I often acted as a bridge—communicating between our office, partners, and the community. I learned how to represent our team professionally, relay updates clearly, and keep everyone aligned. These responsibilities strengthened my communication skills, leadership, and confidence in managing tasks with accuracy and intention.
As our workload expanded, so did the tools we used. I became comfortable working with platforms like Notion, Trello, and Asana to organize projects, track deadlines, and ensure tasks were moving smoothly. These tools helped me understand the value of structured systems and efficient workflows—something that naturally led me to develop a strong interest in remote work and Virtual Assistance.
My curiosity for the digital space opened the door to email marketing, an area I grew passionate about because of how it blends creativity, data, and human connection. I wanted to understand how businesses communicate with their audience in a way that feels personal and effective. That’s when I started learning Klaviyo, and it quickly became one of my favorite tools.
Working with Klaviyo taught me the foundations of email flows, segmentation, automation, and the customer journey. I explored how to build welcome sequences, newsletters, and promotional emails, and how to design clean, engaging layouts. I also worked on improving subject lines, preview text, CTAs, and overall email structure to boost engagement. The more I learned, the more fascinated I became with how a well-crafted email can drive action and strengthen brand relationships.
I paired these skills with design tools like Canva and Figma, creating email templates that align with brand identity and best practices. At the same time, I continued mastering productivity tools, CRMs, and digital systems that make virtual assistance efficient and dependable.
Today, I bring together my administrative background, project management experience, and growing expertise in Klaviyo and email marketing. I’m committed to providing organized, reliable support while helping businesses communicate better, streamline their processes, and connect with their audience meaningfully.
My goal is to be a valuable partner—someone who adapts, learns quickly, and supports teams with both creativity and structure.
