I've worked in customer service outside the voice industry. Intermediate CRM and WMS software knowledge, such as Shopify, InsideData and Zendesk.

I have social media management experience, which includes creating graphic public material using Canva and authoring content.

I have a degree on Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Licensed Electrical Engineer, therefore, I can create schematic diagrams, simulate electrical circuits, and have experience with electronics.

I have also specialty in creative writing, which includes sports, feature, and literary essays. I write news stories, blogs, poems, and other things that will expand my expertise in the professional setup.
