About

·          Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs

·          Research potential vendors

·          Track orders and ensure timely delivery

·          Conduct market research to identify pricing trends

·          Issue cheque to suppliers and customers

·          Print trip ticket (vt01n)

·          Validate the trip tickets.

·          Correct and reverse shipment/DO number with or w/o billings.

·          Change and update Outbound Deliveries (VL02N).

·          Confirm Transfer Order (LT12).

·          Confirm SDS (Stock Deliver Slip).

·          Correct the wrong served using VL09 & VT11(KLS, CCM, CBM)

·          Receive POD (Proof of Deliveries)

·          Check and Validate the sds versus checklist given by forwarder.

·          Upload Proof of Deliveries (ZSCO12A)

·          Responsible in monitoring the daily dispatch

·          Print label/stickers for dispatch items (ZWFOO3).  

·          Assist the forwarder for pick- up items.

·          Make sure that all the boxes have label

·          Encoding of zoning areas.

·          Monitor incomplete process using (LX02)

·          Submit the summary dispatch per day thru email.

·          Monitor from pending transactions (LX02).

·          Other duties assigned by my Team Leader.

·          Assist the legal counsel in preparation of written pleadings and filing of the same in court, office of prosecutors and NLRC Labor Arbiters.

·          Assist the legal counsel during actual trials or in court, office of the prosecutors and in the office arbiters.

·          Conduct legal research through Google for cases decided by the court to support legal arguments of the company lawyers.

·          Providing administrative support to lawyer and enhance office effectiveness.

·          Mail, Fax or arrange for delivery of legal correspondence to clients, witnesses and court officials.

·          Manage legal documentation and correspondence in strict confident.

·          Conduct investigations and statistical/documentary research.

·          Keeps clients informed by maintaining contacts; communicating case progress.

·          Keeps cases organized by establishing and organizing files; monitoring calendars, meeting deadlines, documenting actions, inputting information into file and case management software, confirming case status with attorney.

·          Enhance trials proceedings by organizing evidence, preparing exhibits, scheduling witnesses, ensuring witnesses are ready when needed and taking courtroom notes.

·          Responsible for technological purchases of office supplies.

·          Check and edit legal forms and documents for accuracy.

·          Make a photo copy of correspondence documents and other printed matters.

·          Make a liquidation report sign by attorney and send it to accounting department.

·          Preparing reimbursement/expenses of my department.

·          Process important documents from the site to the factory.

·          Preparing the time sheet of employee’s every 16th of the month.

·          Calculate the total consumption of Raw Materials every month.

·          Approving the MPR of my colleagues in absence of the manager.

·          Preparing the time sheet of rental contractors including the price.

·          Monitoring of timekeeping from time to time.

·          Supervised employees.
