Jayson Lampong

I am an Auditor in Interglobe Technologies. I investigate hotel and transportation expenses, validate invoice charges, check for duplicate accounts, compare them with company data, communicate to vendors about discrepancies and disputes for unsupported costs to achieve complete resolution.

My job is to ensure that all invoices are processed correctly so that our records are accurate. As an Auditor in Interglobe Technologies, my responsibilities include reviewing taxes and tax exemption opportunities and payment processing.

I also experience working as a Helpdesk Analyst at Bosch Security Systems. My job is to manage incidents, including logging systems failures, classifying them based on their priority, and performing initial troubleshooting. I also help fix users(Bosch employees) with office-related systems or computer issues. I assign tickets based on technician expertise or groups for accurate, timely resolutions and prevent recurrence of incidents. I ensure timely solutions by defining response and resolution SLAs with defined escalation paths to avoid production delays and revenue. My goal is to provide the best possible service to all bosch employees under APAC and North America regions.

I also worked as a Physics Instructor who handles Agricultural Engineering and Physics classes at Southern Leyte State University. I prepare instructional materials, provide practical assessment, monitoring, and recording, set challenging learning objectives, and monitor learners' progress and levels of attainment. I also provide students with timely and constructive feedback on progress and areas of development. My goal is to help students reach their full potential and be successful in their Physics classes.

I also worked as a Production Team Leader at West Contact Services, handling Cricket Wireless account; I am responsible for monitoring our team's performance in different metrics and KPI's. I also work to motivate agents in achieving the goals set by our clients. Additionally, I help perform quality reviews of services provided and department interactions. I also identify trends indicating the need to revise existing methods and procedures. I respond to inquiries about reports, policies, and other processes to ensure continuity. Lastly, I provide coaching or training to update product knowledge and business rules. In my role, I am passionate and dedicated to my team's success and am committed to the organization's values and goals.
