My knowledge and skills set are based on my experiences. I am a computer shop owner and at the same time the technical guy who fixes problems at my own shop. I have grown and enhanced my skills by watching video tuitorials and I am successful in analyzing each procedure and executing it at the same time.

The years I have been doing it molded me to become a technical go to guy of everyone. I have a day job as a Customer service representative I manage store emails and most of the back office jobs. Microsoft excels and powerpoint. It's fun having the chance enhace my skills for free and now I would like to take advantage of it by working as an online freelancer.

I know that the opportunities are very huge in the online world. My Goal now is to be succesfull in this field and have the luxury of working at home.
