My career began in clinical settings, where I gained hands-on experience in patient care, documentation, and multidisciplinary collaboration. Working in hospitals and surgical centers in Dubai allowed me to develop discipline, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of how accurate documentation directly impacts both patient outcomes and billing processes.

Transitioning into medical billing was a pivotal step in my career. I recognized the opportunity to combine my clinical knowledge with administrative and analytical skills to improve billing accuracy and reduce claim issues. Since then, I have developed expertise in full-cycle billing, including claims submission, accounts receivable (A/R) follow-ups, denial management, payment posting, and reconciliation. I have worked with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers, and I am experienced in reviewing EOBs and ERAs to identify and resolve claim discrepancies efficiently.

In my recent role, I consistently managed high-volume billing operations while maintaining strong accuracy and compliance with HIPAA and payer guidelines. I regularly communicate with insurance companies, providers, and patients to resolve claim issues, clarify billing concerns, and ensure that all necessary documentation is complete. My ability to stay organized, prioritize tasks, and meet productivity targets has allowed me to contribute to improved reimbursement timelines and reduced denials.
