I started working since 2012 in a BPO Industry. It’s 10 years and counting now. Of course, I decided to look for another branch of helping clients as to where I could share my knowledge and experiences to my new Boss. I love helping people. I love communicating with clients. I love what I do. And I love to earn more money for my baby. As a Single mother and a breadwinner of the family, I could not help myself from helping my family even I am now task to be a full-time-working-mom. As described above, I love to see them happy and fixing all issues that they may have. Work is not only about money. Work is where you see yourself being happy. Work is not about giving up when you have problems. Work is something I could treasure. Skills I have are answering phone calls, emails, chats real-time. I am a computer literate.
